Zendesk, a proven cloud-based customer service software provider has announced a new team up with Magento, an e-Commerce platform created by eBay.
The partnership has simple agreement that clients can now use Zendesk customer service channels to their Magento powered sites.

The system is a two-way integration meaning customer service employees can stay with the platform while interacting to all customers.
The Director of Ecommerce of Anna’s Linens, Lance Stern mentioned “As a user of both products, I’m excited to see Zendesk make such an investment in the Magento platform”. “We look forward to working with Zendesk as they bring these two important systems together.”
