Save your time and sanity in managing all your social media sites together. Use Hootsuite. Set up an account here to manage all your social media platforms in just one site. There are many other awesome features of Hootsuite. The dashboard is perfect for you and your team to listen, engage and measure all from one simple interface.

Creative


Canva
A picture is worth a thousand words. Appealing images are crucial to social media. And if you want to create great images easily, Canva is your go-to tool.

Awesome Screenshot
This tool lets you screenshot right on your browser. Easy to use and definitely has the right features you need. Simply install the plugin to your chrome browser.

Productivity


Evernote
You can put everything here. It’s a workspace where you organize your daily projects, store them and sync across all devices. I call it my digital notebook.

Getpocket
An online bookmarking tool. Save articles and videos you found on the web and read/watch it later.

Basecamp
A project management app you can use when managing client’s task. It has great communication and collaboration features.

Asana
Another project management tool I can recommend. The interface is simple. You can also use Asana as a CRM tool.

Keepass
We usually have more than two social media accounts. But you don’t have to memorize all the login details. I love saving my passwords offline. Simply download and install the tool and you don’t need to remember all of them.

Marketing


Mailchimp
They always say there’s money in the list. This option for email opt-in is great if you’re starting out. It’s easy to setup a campaign. Simply drag and drop, add images and content and you’re ready to send out email newsletter to your list.

Analytics


Google Analytics
Do you know where your website visitors are coming? Does your social media effort is paying off? Register your site with Google Analytics to track and monitor your websites performance. It’s the first powerful step in improving your online marketing strategy.

Google Webmaster Tools
It’s free to sign up to Google Webmaster Tools. Find out if there are missing pages on your site.
