Hyper Alerts is a free service where you can receive email reports of posts and comments on your Facebook pages.
If you manage multiple Facebook pages for your clients, setting up alerts is an excellent way to track who’s saying, what, and where, so you can respond to comments in prompt manner.
It’s time for me to create an account at Hyper Alerts. The good thing about it is it does not consume much of your time — actually it takes only a minute to set up an account. And if you are using Google Alerts, the interface is pretty the same.
How to Create Alerts via Hyper Alerts:
1. Create an account to Hyper Alerts by just providing your email address and passwords.
2. To create an alert, click “Alerts”, then “Add alert by URL”. Paste the URL of your Facebook page (include the http://).
3. To set-up how frequent you want to receive the updates, just select from drop-down menu.

4. Check what you want to receive, you can choose either “Posts”, “Comments”, or “Own content”. The ‘Own content’ checkbox means comments and posts by the page administrators.
5. Click Save.
Another way is to add alerts is select from a list of pages you administer. You can add as many alerts as you like, and even multiple alerts for the same page. You only get alerts on posts newer than one month.
